I am currently at full capacity for individual counselling and supervision and have no availability.
To find out if I am the right fit for you, to ask me any questions or to arrange an initial appointment, you can either telephone or email me. My aim is to get back in touch within 24 hours.
Once you have made contact, we can have a discovery chat where I will answer your questions and you can talk about what you hope to gain from counselling (approx 15-20 minutes, free of charge). If you email, I shall ask for your contact number so that we can talk.
If you want to proceed and book an initial appointment, we can organise a time and day that suits us.
In the first 90 minute session, you have the space to give voice to your story and after the first hour, we can explore (in more depth) what you want from counselling and how we can work together (confidentiality, fees, our expectations etc).
If I am unable to reach you by telephone, I shall leave a message and then try once more. I don't want to put you under any pressure so if I haven't heard back from you after 2 attempts, I shall not try to contact you again and will trust that if you want to connect with me, you will.
Take your time. If you don't get back to me because you have changed your mind or you aren't sure if you are ready, that's ok. You can contact me again when you are.
